- Research Theme: Analysis of ozone plasma sterilization mechanism using atomic force microscope (AFM)

He is working on a project for Analysis of ozone plasma sterilization mechanism using AFM (atomic force microscope). He uses AFM to measure the surface analysis and functional groups of viruses, and compares them with the functional groups of sterilized viruses after ozone plasma and UV-C treatment via surface imaging of viruses.
